I received a call today regarding our drug plan.  One member was not able to get prescriptions filled. I contacted the SSD and they provided me with a phone number and the problem was addressed. All members should now have 3 cards - one for dental, one for drugs, and one for medical.  Today's mail had the new medical card, this past week the new drug card came, and a few months back the dental card came.   Everyone will need to have all three cards with them. The new drug card must be presented at the pharmacy beginning January 1, 2009.  The new medical card must also be presented at the doctor's office, etc.   Everyone is encouraged to watch for the new cards.  We no longer have Express Scripts as our prescription carrier.  On the back of the drug card is important contact information if anyone experiences a problem.
