Authorization for Dues Deduction

I hereby authorize and direct the School District of the City of Scranton

to deduct from all my earnings the prevailing amount of membership

dues of the Scranton Federation of Teachers, AFT, AFT-PA,AFL-CIO.

This deduction is to be made from all compensation received from the

Scranton School District and forwarded to the Secretary/Treasurer

of the Scranton Fedeeration of Teachers within thirty days of the date

it is deducted.
